I can confidently say that 251 Yirgacheffe is the best Ethiopian coffee I’ve ever purchased in the U.S. The freshness is immediately noticeable, and the flavor is incredibly rich, smooth, and vibrant with every cup. I’ve been enjoying this coffee daily for over six months now, ever since I was first introduced to it, and it has never disappointed. In fact, it’s set such a high standard that it’s honestly hard to go back to any other coffee. If you appreciate authentic, high-quality Ethiopian coffee, 251 Yirgacheffe is truly in a league of its own. Highly recommended.
